To create impactful interactions, we must first understand the emotional goal. We craft tangible, interactive experiences that engage customers.

Customers now value their interaction with a brand as much as they do the quality of the product they’re buying. We help solopreneurs, socialpreneurs, serialpreneurs, greenpreneurs, and all the other preneurs, e-commerce, retailers and SMEs create thoughtful touchpoints that build strong, emotional connections with their customers. We start with your goal—how do you want your customer to feel? We put ourselves in their shoes and we imagine. From interactive business cards, paper puzzles, product packaging, to unboxing experiences, we design innovative, customer-centred experiences that create impact, grow advocacy and increase revenue.

But, the proof for this creative paper and packaging design agency is in the pudding. We helped Goodness Gracious Cafe drive sales with an award-winning voucher design. We helped LUXE Botanics exceed their annual retailer goals by 12% through creative packaging solutions and an award-winning unboxing experience. We helped Welcome to the Fold land some of their biggest ever gigs with a Fold Factory applauded interactive business card. Perhaps most notably, we’ve helped good brands generate better, more sustainable outcomes, from creating local-friendly solutions that reduce emissions, mindfully sourcing post consumer materials to divert tons of waste from landfill, to reducing global warming contributions by 95%. It’s accomplishments like these that drive us.
